360 MODULES FOR RESETTLMENT
Adobe Illustrator | After Effects | Premiere Pro | Insta 360

Focused on using technology to help refugees with the resettlement process, I work with the Emerging Tech team at Switchboard to provide clients with Virtual Reality Modules that show them how schools, medical facilities and transportation looks in their new home.

It is a community based project that started as a collaboration between Professor Milad Mozari of the University of Utah, Education Program Manager Krysti Nellermoe of the International Rescue Committee (IRC), and refugee clients of the IRC.

I lead on pre-production, principle photography and and act as sole editor on post production of the 360 modules - but all in collaboration with my team and with refugee clients. I also facilitate training for offices on the use of virtual reality and 360 filming with their clients. The filming and training are referred to Intensive Technical Trainings (ITAs) - and my team and I have conducted ITAs in more than 6 locations across the nation such as Missoula, Sacramento, Dallas, San Diego, Salt Lake City, Seattle and New York.
